Established in 1939, Indian City Properties Limited (ICPL)
is the property development arm of Karam Chand Thapar Group of companies. Ayesha
Thapar, daughter of Vikram Thapar joined ICPL in 2008 as its CEO, and was
later anointed Joint Managing Director in 2012. When asked what her vision is
for ICPL, Ayesha explained "To be leading developer of premium commercial
and residential real estate in the country, known for our timeless creations,
world class design, quality execution and reliable conduct". Currently,
ICPL has projects coming up in Mumbai, Goa, Kolkata and Delhi. ICPL currently
enjoys a portfolio of historical assets, and is simultaneously looking to

Thapar House: Mumbai
Thapar House at One
Forbes combines heritage and modernity; built in 2007 its graceful façade
elegantly echoes the colonial architecture of South Mumbai while its

(BMS). There is air conditioning in all its offices with a dedicated AHU. Firefighting equipment is installed throughout the building including
fire alarm systems, a public address system and self-illuminated fire exit
signage that conform to government regulations. The building is under CCTV security
surveillance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are four elevators in the building with
automatic rescue devices.
Thapar House was built using
granite stones, glass doors, designer tiles, Italian marbles, brass railing and
superior quality paint.
